This will be the second tournament to feature 48 national teams.

The 100,000-capacity New Trafford Stadium is the name given by the architects Foster + Partners to a potential new stadium for the Manchester United that would replace the Old Trafford, their home stadium since 1910.

London (UK)-based Foster + Partners is a global studio for architecture, urbanism and design all rooted in sustainability and founded by Norman Foster in 1967. ‘THE CATERER’ further stated that from the start of the 2026-2027 seasons the Old Trafford will offer new draught beer taps across all areas, more self-service bars, frictionless kiosks, and new digital signage for the spectators.

Levy will also introduce a wider selection of street food and will spotlight local, independent Manchester vendors at kiosks outside the stadium and provide more choice at the Red Café.

Opined Omar Berrada, Chief Executive, Manchester United, “Improving matchdays at Old Trafford is an essential part of our strategy for the Manchester United. The Old Trafford holds a unique place in world football and whilst we have plans for a new stadium in the long term we have a responsibility to ensure we’re continuing to invest in our facilities and services in the short term. The changes we are introducing will bring greater choice and better service for the supporters across the stadium.”

The Old Trafford is already in the process of improving its facilities with plans for an uplift of its Executive Club spaces this summer.

Levy UK + Ireland also provides catering services at the Premier League team Aston Villa Football Club, the English Football League (EFL) League One (the second-highest division of the English Football League and the third tier overall in the English football league system) team Huddersfield Town A.F.C. and the 62,850-capacity Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London, England.
