New brand identity for Ungerboeck Image: Momentus Technologies

The software company Ungerboeck has changed its name to Momentus Technologies in a major rebrand for the US-based global event management software specialist.

‘EN’ stated that the company says it has empowered more than 50,000 users in thousands of venues worldwide over the past 30 years.

Momentus Technologies (formerly Ungerboeck) provides industry-leading event and venue management software to customers in over 50 countries around the world, empowering the people that bring people together. Its comprehensive platform offers event professionals leading-edge software as a service (SaaS) technology that provides a 360 view of their business, allowing them to cut costs, save time and increase revenue. Founded in 1985, Momentus is headquartered in O’Fallon, Missouri (US), with offices in Germany, France, Australia, China, Hong Kong, and Singapore.

Evelyn Ingram, Senior Sales Director, Momentus Technologies, US, is a Member of Coliseum – Global Sports Venue Alliance.

‘EN’ further stated that the company recently unveiled a new brand identity and name change which, the company says, reflects the integration of four acquisitions made over the past two years: Event Booking, Priava (cloud-based venue and event management software), ShoWorks (exhibitor and entries management software), and Risk Manager.

The acquisitions have expanded the company’s global reach, embracing modern technology and data-driven solutions.

The head honcho of Momentus Technologies, Alex Alexandrov, says it is “Important that our brand, core values and mission are aligned to represent what we’ve become since we started on this path and to better serve the needs and expectations of our customers. We are proud to introduce our new name Momentus Technologies, which unifies our organization under one mission: To empower our customers globally to create extraordinary moments.”

Alexandrov says the core values at the heart of this rebrand are:

  • Passion: Strive for excellence, go the extra mile and have fun doing it;
  • Speed: Fast is better than slow, without compromising on quality;
  • Focus: Focus on a few things and be the best;
  • Innovation: Take risks, encourage curiosity and new ideas, learn from mistakes, and constantly strive to exceed expectations; and
  • Humility: Constantly look to improve and never forget the importance of the company’s customers and colleagues.

Concluded Alexandrov, “For decades we have strived to be the technology partner of choice. Our purpose-built solutions, best practices and customer focus will continue to be our foundational pillars, and this new name is a direct reflection of our dedication to that goal.”
