Ungerboeck’s venue management and venue operation platform will soon enable VenuWorks’ roster of venues across the US to a higher level of sophistication and standardization, under a new strategic partnership announced recently.

VenuWorks – an Iowa-based venue management company – manages arenas, theatres, convention centres, outdoor spaces and a range of other venues across the US on behalf of its clients.

The new partnership with Ungerboek is expected to enhance VenuWorks’ ability to optimize venue utilization resulting in reduction of operating costs through real-time key performance metric reporting.

The partnership also makes VenuWorks the first private management company to fully consolidate into one system, all customer relationship management (CRM), sales, forecasting, event management, customer service, operations and complete audit ready financial accounting, analysis and reporting.

Under the deal, Ungerboeck platform’s data will empower each venue’s management and staff to quickly make the best business decisions for the city and promoter, meeting planner, exhibitor, and attendee guests with the click of a button.
