The New York Red Bulls have unveiled improvements to Red Bull Arena for the start of the new MLS season.

The Red Bulls have upgraded their lighting system by utilizing Musco TLC for LED System, which will enhance the lights at Red Bull Arena and set a new standard for fan experience and playability.

Decker Electric completed the work on the new lighting system that will provide higher on-field light levels and reduce energy consumption by more than 20%.

The ability for color-changing fixtures will allow New York to wash the stadium in different colors and heighten the fan experience during goal celebrations, player introduction and other big moments.

Decker also installed the new ribbon LED system around the upper bowl of the Arena.

Red Bull Arena is a soccer-specific stadium in Harrison, New Jersey that is home to the New York Red Bulls and NJ/NY Gotham FC of the National Women’s Soccer League.

Featuring a transparent partial roof, it is located on the waterfront in the Riverbend District of Harrison across the Passaic River from Newark. With a seating capacity of 25,000, it is the sixth-largest soccer-specific stadium in the United States.

New York Red Bulls app

The club has also newly upgraded the New York Red Bulls app, which will allow people to be more connected to the team more than ever.

The user interface has been overhauled to provide a seamless and intuitive experience for every user.

It will allow fans to stay up-to-date with all the latest match news, scores and highlights, as well as pre-match analysis, live updates during the match and highlights.

Fans can buy their tickets directly through the app and streamline their matchday experience with mobile ticketing.

The Red Bulls will also introduce mobile ordering, which will allow fans to order concessions right from their seat. Fans can order and will be updated when their order is ready and can go and pick up their food, so they will not miss any action on the pitch.

Meanwhile, the Red Bulls and hospitality and retail partner Delaware North have added a lineup of fresh additions to the culinary offerings at Red Bull Arena.
