Major League Baseball’s Athletics have opened an Experience Center in Las Vegas to give fans a close-up look at their future ballpark.

Talksport said that in a bid to showcase exactly what their new ballpark has to offer, the Athletics have opened the new Experience Center that offers fans an exclusive first look at the team’s future in Las Vegas.

The New Las Vegas Stadium is a fixed-roof ballpark under construction on the site of the former Tropicana Las Vegas on the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada (US).

It is to be the home stadium of the Athletics of Major League Baseball (MLB) after they move from Oakland, California (US) in 2028. The stadium is projected to cost $2 billion of which $380 million would come from taxpayers.

The interactive space at the Experience Center showcases seating options, premium experiences, and hospitality packages, allowing fans to envision what it will feel like to be part of the team’s next chapter in Southern Nevada.

The centerpiece of the space is an immersive cube that allows visitors to step into the virtual ballpark. It turns walls, floors and ceilings into a ‘seamless 270-degree digital canvas’ which helps fans step inside the A’s vision.

Designed by Advent and built by Burke Special Projects, the A’s Experience Center provides a customer-centric audience journey where fans can explore seating and ticket options through interactive exhibits, detailed models, and digital tools.

The space will also serve as a flexible venue for hosting events throughout the year.

Open by appointment only, the center is designed to provide a tailored, one-on-one experience for fans to get all the information they need to make informed decisions about their season ticket purchases.

Select areas of the A’s Experience Center will also be open to the public during designated hours, offering an opportunity to engage with the A’s vision for their new ballpark.

The new A’s ballpark is bringing Major League Baseball to the heart of the Las Vegas Strip.

Rising on the historic site of the former Tropicana Hotel, this next-generation venue combines iconic design, intimate sightlines, and world-class hospitality to create an experience unlike any other in the game.

Designed by Bjarke Ingels, his firm, BIG, & HNTB, the ballpark features a striking, climate-controlled design with sweeping roof panels and one of the largest cable-glass windows in North America.

With 80% of seats inside the foul poles, fans will feel closer than ever to the action. Opening in 2028, it’s where the excitement of Las Vegas and the tradition of baseball come together.

A casino and a VIP experience will also offer visitors direct access to the 33,000-capacity A’s ballpark, scheduled to open in 2028, and plans feature a rooftop bar with a pool that looks over the spectacular new venue.
