Allianz Stadium launches summer options Image: Allianz Stadium

The Allianz Stadium Twickenham (Twickenham, England, UK), the iconic Home of England Rugby, has unveiled ‘The Overtime’, a new Summer incentive package tailored for the corporate event planners looking to combine business with a memorable Summer social.

‘Allianz Stadium’ stated that perfectly timed for the warmer months ‘The Overtime’ offers a refreshing twist on the traditional day delegate rate. The delegates begin with an early afternoon meeting in one of the stadium’s premium event spaces before transitioning to a drinks reception and laid-back barbecue (BBQ) that extends into the Summer evening.

The 82,000-capacity Twickenham Stadium (usually known as Twickenham and for sponsorship purposes known as the Allianz Stadium Twickenham) is a rugby union stadium in Twickenham, London, England (UK). It is owned by the Rugby Football Union (RFU), the English rugby union governing body, which has its headquarters in the venue.

‘Allianz Stadium’ further stated that the culinary centerpiece, ‘The Grill BBQ’, features top-quality Summer favorites. The guests can enjoy this feast in a variety of stunning settings including pitch-side or the fun and lively British Airways Rose Garden adding a unique and memorable backdrop to the occasion.

Noted Nils Braude, Managing Director, Twickenham Experience, “We believe the events should be more than just productive, they should be unforgettable. With ‘The Overtime we’re inviting the delegates to experience the thrill of being at the Home of England Rugby blending business with the buzz of Summer Socializing. It’s about offering more than just a meeting, it is about creating a moment and a celebration in one of United Kingdom’s most iconic venues.”

For those looking to elevate their event even further optional enhancements include entry through the Players Tunnel, team-building HAKA displays, stadium tours, player appearances, and access to the stadium’s big screens and light-emitting (LED) ribbons.

The term ‘HAKA’ refers to a traditional Māori dance or ritual that demonstrates a tribe’s power, pride and unity. While not a team-building activity itself HAKA can be incorporated into team-building exercises to energize, unite and build morale.

The Allianz Stadium has also considered every detail with contingency plans for wet weather which includes indoor space and flexible options for the smaller groups.

‘The Overtime’ package prices start at £79+VAT pp for meeting space hire from 1 pm; afternoon tea, coffee and cookie break, evening space hire, arrival bubbles, and The Grill BBQ.
