BAM Sports GmbH now ZECH Sports GmbH

BAM Sports GmbH (construction company in Düsseldorf, Germany) is now called ZECH Sports GmbH.

The commercial company Zech Group SE and the Gustav Zech Foundation each took over 50 percent of the shares of the German building construction subsidiaries of the Royal BAM Group nv.

The ‘ZECH Sports GmbH’ stated that all employees have been retained, the contact persons will remain and the acquired companies will be renamed. The above has been done to make ZECH a more robust brand.

The Royal BAM Group nv is a Dutch construction-services business with headquarters in Bunnik, Netherlands. It is the largest construction company based on revenue in the Netherlands.

The ‘ZECH Sports GmbH’ further stated that ZECH Hochbau AG (formerly BAM Deutschland AG) will continue to be the point of contact for all customers and partners in turnkey building construction for complex commercial and administrative buildings, hotels, schools, public-private partnership (PPP) projects as well as correctional facilities and multifunctional arenas.

ZECH Facility Management GmbH is the service provider for everything that has to do with technical matters.

With this investment, we are substantially strengthening our construction activities in Germany – both quantitatively and qualitatively – and are further expanding our market-leading position in the building division in Germany.”
