F.C. Copenhagen, one of Denmark’s leading soccer clubs, is planning to sell its entire real estate portfolio, including its home ground – Parken Stadium – which also serves as the country’s national stadium.

The ‘Bloomberg’ stated that Parken Sport & Entertainment A/S, as the parent company is called, sent out a statement on January 18th stating that it has started looking into a possible sale with the aim of leasing back the Copenhagen arena from the buyer.

F.C. Copenhagen or simply FCK, the Danish top-tier Superliga football club, is a professional Danish football club in Copenhagen, Denmark. FCK was founded in 1992 through the merger of Kjøbenhavns Boldklub and Boldklubben 1903.

The 38,065- capacity Parken Stadium, also known simply as Parken and as Telia Parken, is a football stadium in the Indre Østerbro district of Copenhagen, Denmark, built from 1990 to 1992.

Parken Sport & Entertainment A/S is a Danish company located at Parken Stadium in the Østerbro area of Copenhagen, Denmark. The company was founded on April 1st, 1991 to run the football club F.C. Copenhagen. Today, PS&E operates F.C. Copenhagen, Lalandia (water parks), Parken Stadium, and office space for leasing at the stadium.

The ‘Bloomberg’ further stated that in addition to the Parken Stadium in the Danish capital Copenhagen, the properties include four nearby office buildings and two water amusement parks in Southern and Western Denmark. In November 2021, the company booked the value of its properties and buildings at about 1.9 billion kroner ($290 million).
