Hollywood Park partners with Gallagher Image: Coliseum GSVA

The Hollywood Park and Gallagher, a global insurance brokerage, risk management and consulting services company, entered into a multi-year partnership that names Gallagher as the official insurance brokerage for the state-of-the-art SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California (US), and the 6,000-seat performance venue, the YouTube Theater also in Inglewood, California.

‘SoFi Stadium’ stated that the above partnership also includes the near 300-acre mixed-use development, Hollywood Park, which is being built by the National Football League (NFL) team Los Angeles Rams Owner/Chairman E. Stanley Kroenke, and is inclusive of its retail, residential and office offerings.

Spanning nearly 300 acres, the Hollywood Park is the largest urban mixed-use development under construction in the Western United States. Anchored by an 890,000-square-foot retail area and surrounded by creative office space, the Hollywood Park offers new sophisticated residences, public parks, a lake, and premier entertainment venues. The mixed-use development is all linked by walkable paseos and plazas and centered around the 3.1 million square-foot SoFi Stadium, one of Los Angeles’ most striking architectural structures.

Stylish residences and a modern open-office campus will complement the entertainment and retail district, creating a world-class destination for both the local and international guests. Located just six miles off the coast, a short drive from LAX (Los Angeles International Airport) and the City of Inglewood’s future Crenshaw/LAX Line, the Hollywood Park is an iconic global destination for millions to enjoy.

The SoFi Stadium is a 70,240-seat sports and entertainment indoor stadium in the Los Angeles suburb of Inglewood, California, United States. The SoFi Stadium occupies the former site of the Hollywood Park Racetrack, three miles from the Los Angeles International Airport and 0.5 miles Southeast of the 17,505-capacity The Kia Forum.

The YouTube Theater is a 6,000-seat music and theater venue in Inglewood, California, United States, located under the same structure that houses the SoFi Stadium, the home of the National Football League’s Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers.

‘SoFi Stadium’ further stated that as part of the agreement, the indoor-outdoor, garden-terraced premium club space formerly known as the Patio and Chairman’s Club at the SoFi Stadium will be renamed The Gallagher Garden and The Gallagher Club. The comprehensive partnership focuses on community empowerment and drives additional brand awareness for Gallagher in the sports industry across Southern California. Additionally, Gallagher will dedicate resources to community elements and invest in serving Inglewood and the greater Los Angeles region.

Hollywood Park and Gallagher will collaborate across Hollywood Park’s many community initiatives, including a presenting partnership of their small business workshop series named The Playbook at Hollywood Park presented by Gallagher. This series hosts local Inglewood businesses annually for a series of workshops to provide marketing and business resources inclusive of business development, marketing principles and business solutions sessions. Additionally, the sessions open a discourse about how best to support the local businesses through opportunities onsite.
