‘Escape Living’ stated that the whole development is coming up on an astonishing amount of open and expansive space. Things will look very different again once planting takes place. The majority of structures are now not only at full height, but also clad and watertight with windows fitted. The 10 Dual-Aspect Residences are now very visible and form the middle row between the Trackside and Countryside Residences. Covering a major portion of the 14-acre site, the 21 single-story Countryside Residences enjoy a relatively relaxed and private setting, bordering both the open fields and the woodland.

The Escapade Silverstone is a development of 60 residences and a clubhouse on the edge of the Silverstone race circuit in England, UK. The residences are high-spec and prices start at £850,000. The clubhouse is for short-term rental and includes a restaurant and bar overlooking the track, as well as a swimming pool, sauna, gym, and racing simulation rooms.

The Escapade Silverstone is a lifestyle experience that combines high-end accommodation with the thrill of motorsport. It includes unparalleled access to races and events, and direct personal usage of Silverstone, one of the most iconic circuits and globally recognized home of motorsports.

The 160,000-capacity Silverstone Circuit is a motor racing circuit in England, near the Northamptonshire villages of Towcester, Silverstone and Whittlebury. It is the home of the British Grand Prix, which it first hosted as the 1948 British Grand Prix.

The British Grand Prix is a Grand Prix motor race organized in the United Kingdom by the Royal Automobile Club. First held in 1926, the British Grand Prix has been held annually since 1948 and has been a round of the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA) Formula One World Championship every year since 1950.

Paris (France)-based the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA) is an association established on June 20^th, 1904 to represent the interests of motoring organizations and motor car users. It is the governing body for many auto racing events, including Formula One. The FIA also promotes road safety around the world.

London (UK)-based the Formula One is the highest class of international racing for open-wheel single-seater formula racing cars sanctioned by the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile. The FIA Formula One World Championship has been one of the premier forms of racing around the world since its inaugural season in 1950.

‘Escape Living’ further stated that the Clubhouse, which sits at the Becketts end of the site, has now gained the majority of its cladding. Approval has also been received to construct a canopy on the roof terrace. This will allow to realize the plans to install an enhanced seasonal bar and host a more diverse range of events throughout a greater portion of the year. The roof terrace has arguably the best views across the whole circuit.

The next phase of the program will include further landscaping and internal roads, as well as constructing the next car ports on the remaining Countryside and the Dual-Aspect properties.
