‘TRURO CITY FOOTBALL CLUB’ stated that titled the ‘Milestone Project’ the proposals include a mixed-use stadium district that would support activity beyond matchdays.

‘TRURO CITY FOOTBALL CLUB’ further stated that the above development would position the club as an anchor institution for placemaking, community activity and economic impact within the city of Truro and Cornwall more widely.

Designated Site

The designated site would include a new clubhouse and increased stadium capacity alongside a mix of accommodation, community center, 3G pitch, health, employment, retail, food and beverage (F&B), and other commercial uses.

Park-and-Ride Facility

The site also benefits from its relationship with the Cornwall Council’s adjoining 1,250-space Park and Ride facility and direct connections into Truro’s transport network.
