PFC Ludogorets Razgrad from Bulgaria partnered with Maxamaze Image: Ludogorets Razgrad

Bulgarian football club PFC Ludogorets has signed a partnership agreement with the Belgian technology company MaxAmaze.

Ludogorets said that as part of the agreement, MaxAmaze will deliver and install a next-generation LED perimeter system, as well as a new electronic scoreboard at the Huvepharma Arena stadium.

Ludogorets is a Bulgarian professional association football club based in Razgrad, which currently competes in the First Professional Football League, the top tier of the Bulgarian football league system.

Huvepharma Arena is a multi-purpose stadium in Razgrad, Bulgaria. It is used for football matches and is the home ground of the local football club Ludogorets Razgrad. The stadium has a seating capacity of 10,423 spectators.

Opwijk (Belgium)-based MaxAmaze wants to push and redefine the ultimate boundaries of sports experiences. As pioneers in large-scale light-emitting diode (LED) lighting and as experts in LED screens, music and entertainment, they turn arenas into theaters.

Ludogorets said the new equipment fully complies with UEFA’s highest standards and is expected to be certified soon, which will allow it to be used in top-level matches, including games from the main phase of The Champions League.

The new LED technology will enable the club to offer its partners a high-quality advertising service that ensures maximum visibility and impact during matches.

This is expected to have a positive effect on both sponsorship interest and advertising revenue.

In addition to the LED perimeter, a second high-end electronic scoreboard will also be operational at the stadium. The previous one was built two years ago. As a result, Huvepharma Arena now boasts an even better visual and information system.

MaxAmaze will deliver:

  • 246 meters of UEFA-category perimeter LED boarding — providing dynamic commercial visibility, sponsor activation, and live game integration
  • A 50m² next-generation giant screen — enhancing matchday storytelling, replays, and crowd engagement

These installations are engineered for performance under pressure — built to deliver sharp clarity, vibrant colour, and uninterrupted operation in any condition.

MaxAmaze Klaas de Coster said, “This partnership reflects our mission to support ambitious clubs across Europe with future-proof digital systems that deliver more than just compliance — they create new commercial and emotional value.

“Thanks to this sponsorship agreement, Ludogorets continues to strengthen its leading role not only on the pitch but also as an innovator in sports infrastructure in Bulgaria.”
