The PrivatBank has put the Dnipro Arena football stadium (Dnipro, Ukraine) and training base with an indoor field in the city of Dnipro up for an open auction with a starting price of UAH 90,963,900.

The guarantee fee for participation is five percent of the starting price of the property sale (4,548,195 UAH).

Previous Open Auction

On October 27th, 2026, the previous open auction for the sale of the above objects did not take place for which the bank relisted them at a reduced price.

‘privatbank.ua’ further stated that the sale of the Dnipro Arena and the football training base is being carried out within the framework of the Strategy and Operational Plan for Problem Asset Management approved by the Supervisory Board of PrivatBank following a transparent and open bidding procedure. The funds received from the sale will be used to increase the bank’s financial results and, accordingly, increase the amount of taxes and dividends paid to the State budget.
