OnePlan to ‘plan’ Paris 2024 venue operations

OnePlan, the innovative London (UK)-based startup, has been named a partner to the Paris (France) 2024 Organising Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games, which will use OnePlan’s Venue Twin and GIS Mapping software for more efficiency and collaboration.

‘OnePlan’ stated that this is the first time an Olympic and Paralympic Games has chosen a partner for GIS Mapping and Digital Twin Software. 3D mapping of sports venues and surrounding areas will leave a legacy that makes smart planning and accessibility available to future global events in France.

The 2024 Summer Olympics, officially the Games of the XXXIII Olympiad and also known as Paris 2024, is an upcoming international multisport event scheduled to take place from July 26^th to August 11^th, 2024 in Paris, France.

The Organising Committee for the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games has the task of planning, organizing, financing, and delivering the Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris in 2024 in accordance with the Host City contract signed by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the French National Olympic and Sports Committee (CNOSF) and the City of Paris.

The Olympic and Paralympic Games are the leading sports event in the world and have a unique media impact, bringing together some 10,500 Olympic and 4,350 Paralympic athletes, respectively, representing 206 and 182 delegations from five continents.

Founded in January 2018, Paris 2024 is headed by Tony Estanguet, a three-time Olympic champion and IOC member.

OnePlan’s Paris 2024 strategy
