The LaLiga club Real Madrid CF (Spain) has plans to launch its own theme park in Dubai (UAE).

‘TheStar’ stated that the Spanish club announced a deal with the Dubai Parks and Resorts recently to build a Real Madrid theme park to be inaugurated “in the final quarter of 2023”.

Real Madrid Club de Fútbol, commonly referred to as Real Madrid, is a Spanish professional football club based in Madrid, Spain. Founded in 1902 as the Madrid Football Club, the club has traditionally worn a white home kit since its inception.

The Santiago Bernabéu Stadium is a football stadium in Madrid, Spain. With a current seating capacity of 81,044, it has been the home stadium of Real Madrid since its completion in 1947. It is the second-largest stadium in Spain and the third-largest home to a top-flight European club after the 99,354-capacity Camp Nou in Barcelona, Spain, and the 81,365-capacity Westfalenstadion in Dortmund, Germany.

The Dubai Parks and Resorts is Middle East’s largest integrated leisure and theme park destination located on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

‘TheStar’ further stated that the 14-time European club champion said the park will feature “Real Madrid-related attractions including a museum, amusement rides and games of footballing skill” in addition to shops.

Exulted Fernando Eiroa, head honcho of Dubai Holding Entertainment, “We are delighted that Real Madrid has chosen Dubai Parks and Resorts as its partner in our quest to bring the best international entertainment brands to the region.”

The Dubai Parks and Resorts run a Legoland park and theme parks inspired by the Hollywood and Bollywood film industries.

Legoland is a chain of family theme parks focusing on the construction toy system Lego. They are not solely owned by The Lego Group itself. Rather, they are owned and operated by the British theme park company Merlin Entertainments.

The Dubai Holding Entertainment is one of the largest diversified entertainment groups in the region committed to solidifying the Emirate as one of the most sought-after touristic destinations in the world.
