He is a seasoned leader with more than 15 years of industry experience including time at the Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG) as the Vice-President of Events for the 7,100-capacity Microsoft Theater and the L.A. LIVE in Los Angeles, California.

‘ASM Global’ further stated that in his role as the General Manager Golden will oversee the day-to-day operations at the 14,000-capacity venue including the overall management, promotion and operation of the facility. Responsibilities include purchasing, booking, marketing, finance, human resources, food and beverage (F&B), box office, advertising, production, maintenance, parking, security, emergency and crisis management, and more.

Golden succeeds Steve Eckerson who served as the Arena’s General Manager from May 2023 to January 2025.
