Premium Field-level Touchdown Suites have gone on sale for the Tennessee Titans’ New Nissan Stadium in Nashville.

Sports Business Journal said there are 11 in the west end zone of the under-construction stadium that opens in 2027, with only a couple left following two months of sales.

The New Nissan Stadium is a domed American football stadium under construction in Nashville, Tennessee (US) and will serve as the new home of the National Football League (NFL) team Tennessee Titans.

The new home of the Titans is scheduled to open its gates in 2027. The 60,000-seat stadium is projected to cost $2.1 billion, $1.26 billion of which is being subsidized by the public. It is the largest stadium subsidy in the history of the United States.

The Touchdown Suites fit between 12 and 15 people and sit in front of a 2,000-square-foot, all-inclusive (F&B) Touchdown Club.

Fans sitting in the Touchdown Suites, which are level with the playing field, will catch every dive and tackle up-close with “fieldside” views.

The game action is the show, but the experience begins before kickoff. Access to the suite and club starts two hours before games and stays open an hour post-event, with all-inclusive food and drinks.

Edith Ponciano, who leads design firm EP Atelier, worked on all the stadium’s premium spaces with lead architecture firm Manica (she knew the Titans from her time with Gensler and worked with Manica at Chase Center).

The Touchdown Club features the speakeasy aesthetic that is en-vogue in sports venue premium spaces right now.

The suites are equipped with custom seats designed specifically for the space and manufactured by Amtrend.

The stadium will include 130 suites (a handful remain unsold); 126 studio boxes (Rice said “some” are still available); and club seats, which range from $25,000 to $75,000 annually and sold out in three months.

Meanwhile, earlier this month the Titans hosted a media tour of the new Nissan Stadium construction site.

Titans’ project executive Kellen DeCoursey provided some updates:

  • The three-year project is now roughly one-third of the way completed.
  • The project remains on schedule, and the stadium’s completion date is set for February 2027.
  • DeCoursey said 850 workers are currently on site on a weekly basis, and the peak number of workers will climb to 1,700.
  • Current Nissan Stadium tops out at 150 feet with the light fixtures at the top. New Nissan Stadium will rise to 235 feet.
  • The new stadium is located roughly 100 feet from the current stadium, and there will be a pedestrian parkway just to the west of the new stadium.

The totality of the building and the structure will be at its final state at the end of 2025, DeCoursey said, but work on the exterior elements like windows, and metal panels and more will then take place.
