Miami’s Hard Rock Stadium extended its contract with the food and beverage corporation Centerplate for ten more years according to a press release posted on Miami Dolphins official website.

The home of Miami Dolphins, Hard Rock Stadium hosts events all round the year like University of Miami football games, the Capital One Orange Bowl, Super Bowl LIV, College Football Playoffs 2021, international soccer, 100th anniversary of the NFL and world-class concerts by major artists like Taylor Swift, The Eagles and Beyonce.

An extended partnership with Centerplate will transform the experience at the stadium from basic hot dog and fries to luxury dining.
The highlight of the partnership will be on innovative local cuisine which is a big draw. The food and beverage offerings will be sourced directly from south Florida, to create a diverse and fresh menu. Not only the venue will have some of the best food on offer but also has one of the highest distribution point totals in NFL with 50 craft beers and more than 1,000 tap handles throughout the venue.

The stadium’s $500 million plus renovation includes Centerplate working closely with Miami Dolphins for the last few seasons to lend its hospitality design expertise.

Centerplate President and CEO Chris Verros said, “Our partnership with Hard Rock Stadium has been one of our most successful because they have ownership and a management team that truly focuses on, invests in and innovates the fan & venue experience. We are looking forward to continuing to work together with them to create best-in-class experiences at what is now one of the premier global entertainment destinations in the world: Hard Rock Stadium.”

“We are excited to extend our partnership with Centerplate for many years to come,” Hard Rock Stadium and Miami Dolphins Vice Chair, President & CEO Tom Garfinkel said. “Centerplate has been the kind of partner you hope to have: responsive, innovative and operationally excellent. They listen and collaborate while also bringing creative ideas on how we can continually improve the guest experience together.”
