The Big 12 Conference has announced that a limited number of tickets will be made available for the 2021 Phillips 66 Big 12 Men’s Basketball Championship, scheduled for March 10th-13th at the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City, Missouri (US).

The 2021 Phillips 66 Big 12 Men’s Basketball Tournament is an upcoming postseason men’s basketball tournament for the Big 12 Conference. The winner will receive the Conference’s automatic bid to the 2021 National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) tournament.

The Big 12 Conference is a collegiate athletic conference headquartered in Irving, Texas (US). The conference consists of 10 full-member universities. It is a member of Division I of the NCAA for all sports.

The National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) is a nonprofit organization that regulates student-athletes from up to 1,268 North American institutions and conferences.

The 18,972-capacity T-Mobile Center is a multipurpose arena in downtown Kansas City, Missouri (US). The arena’s naming rights partner is T-Mobile US, which completed a merger with Sprint Corporation in April 2020.

t-mobilecenter.com sources stated that each ticket includes all five (5) sessions for the 2021 Phillips 66 Big 12 Men’s Basketball Championship. Tickets will go on sale on February 26th at Noon CT online only at T-MobileCenter.com.

big12sports.com sources informed that seating capacity for the Big 12 Men’s Basketball Championship will be brought down in tune with guidelines from the local public health officials including utilizing a pod seating structure as COVID-19 continues to thwack the United States.

big12sports.com sources added that as an additional precaution, masks have been made mandatory for guests at all times, except when actively eating or drinking in their seats, unless otherwise exempted by law. Pods are available in groups of 1-8 and will be physically distanced from one another. Pods must be purchased in their entirety and may not be divided. All pods are subject to availability and limit 1 pod (maximum eight tickets) per guest.

t-mobilecenter.com sources stated that the 2021 event marks the 20th time that Kansas City will host the Phillips 66 Big 12 Men’s Basketball Championship – more than any other City in the US.
