The American multinational entertainment company Live Nation Entertainment Inc. has formed a partnership with Tepper Sports & Entertainment to develop and run a new 4,400-capacity indoor music venue next to the Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina, US, the companies disclosed recently.

‘yahoo!news’ stated that recently Tepper Sports shared plans with the City Council’s Economic Development Committee to build an 89,000-square-foot indoor venue on two acres of land by the North Gate of the uptown stadium.

Beverly Hills (US)-based Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. is an American multinational entertainment company that was founded in 2010 following the merger of Live Nation and Ticketmaster. It promotes, operates and manages ticket sales for live entertainment internationally.

Charlotte (US)-based the Tepper Sports & Entertainment (TSE) owns and operates the National Football League (NFL) team Carolina Panthers, the Major League Soccer (MLS) team Charlotte Football Club and the Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Tepper Sports & Entertainment (TSE) is committed to making the greater Charlotte Metro area the premier year-round destination for sports and entertainment in the Carolinas.

The Bank of America Stadium is a multipurpose stadium located in the uptown section of Charlotte, North Carolina, United States. It has a capacity to hold 74,867 spectators and is the home facility and headquarters of the National Football League team Carolina Panthers and the Major League Soccer (MLS) team Charlotte FC.

‘yahoo!news’ further stated that the Charlotte City Government owns the 25-acre site the stadium occupies. The Council approved changes to the property lease allowing for the music venue to be added.

Live Nation is the largest concert promoter in the world. The company also owns and operates amphitheaters and concert halls across the United States and overseas.
