Audience Segmentation

“The Uniguest Sports Hub enables precise audience segmentation allowing you to tailor experiences to different fan types. By understanding who’s in your venue you can deliver content that speaks directly to their needs and desires thus driving engagement and revenue.”

Recognizing Nuance

He continued, “Every fan is unique and the Uniguest Sports Hub helps you connect with each one, identify four key personas – VIP, the Diehard Fan, the Experience Hunter, and the Tag Along. Each fan has distinct motivations and expectations.”

VIP

The VIPs are the high value client. These are the corporate suite holders who expect premium personalized experiences – “With Uniguest Sports Hub you can deliver tailored content directly to their suites via IPTV or exclusive promotions, event highlights, or even personalized walk-in messages. The VIP Box holder also see a custom offer and a premium dining package on their suite screens which can drive revenue.”

Diehard Fan

The Diehard Fan is the heart and soul of the venue. These fans live for the game, the stats, the action, and the Uniguest Sports Hub engages them with realtime content like live stats, replay, exclusive team updates, digital signage, and IPTV.

The Experience Hunter

“The Experience Hunter are the trend savvy fan chasing those Instagram-worthy moments. They want immersive, shareable experiences. The Uniguest Sports Hub delivers with creative set pieces, digital signage props. These allow for promotions of key event and products and services.”

Tag Along Fan

The Tag Along Fan are the casual attendees joining family and friends. They are not in the venue for the game per se but want a fun, hassle-free experience.
