Venue ace Jason Stone to join Tepper Sports & Entertainment

The Tepper Sports & Entertainment (TSE) recently announced Jason Stone as the General Manager of Stadium and Venue Operations.

‘CAROLINA PANTHERS’ stated that Jason Stone will join the organization on July 8th, 2026, and will oversee all stadium and venue operations for the National Football League (NFL) team Carolina Panthers games, the Major League Soccer (MLS) team Charlotte FC matches and all the other events held at the 74,867-seat Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina, United States, which serves as the home facility of the Carolina Panthers and the Charlotte FC, in addition to the TSE’s broader portfolio of venues including the Atrium Health Performance Park and the Atrium Health Training Facility in Charlotte. He will report directly to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Tepper Sports & Entertainment (TSE) Kristi Coleman.

Charlotte (US)-based the Tepper Sports & Entertainment (TSE) owns and operates the National Football League (NFL) team Carolina Panthers, the Major League Soccer (MLS) team Charlotte Football Club and the Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte. The TSE is committed to making the greater Charlotte Metro area the premier year-round destination for sports and entertainment in the Carolinas.

‘CAROLINA PANTHERS’ further stated that Jason Stone joins TSE from Kraft Sports + Entertainment where he most recently served as the Vice-President of Stadium and Site Operations. In this role, he provided executive leadership for the operation of the 65,878-capacity Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts, United States, and its surrounding mixed-use campus, overseeing the facilities, guest services, event operations, parking, transportation, broadcast operations, and sustainability initiatives. Jason Stone guided operational planning and execution for some of the region’s largest and most complex events including the NFL and MLS competitions, the major stadium concerts, the Army-Navy Game, and the NHL Winter Classic. Throughout his tenure, he led initiatives that enhanced operational efficiency, elevated the fan experience and strengthened the venue’s reputation as one of United States premier sports and entertainment destinations.

Foxborough (US)-based Kraft Sports + Entertainment has set the standard for delivering world-class concerts and sporting events to the people of New England (US) for more than 20 years.

During his tenure with Kraft Sports + Entertainment Stone directed numerous large-scale operational and infrastructure initiatives including the modernization projects that enhanced the venue capabilities, improved the guest experiences and created new revenue opportunities. He also led a broad cross-functional team supporting a year-round calendar of sporting events, concerts and entertainment programming while overseeing operational planning across a 500-acre mixed-use campus.

Prior to his current role, Stone held several leadership positions within Kraft Sports + Entertainment, including Director and Senior Director of Stadium Operations. Earlier in his career, he served as the Director of Security for the Kansas City Chiefs where he led security and operational planning for the NFL games and the major events. He also played a key role in the opening and operational development of the Gillette Stadium, building more than two decades of experience in stadium operations, event management and venue leadership.
