The Aberdeen Football Club (Scotland) has three (3) vacancies for the post of ad hoc Customer Service Advisors to join its team.

The ‘Aberdeen Football Club’ stated that the role will require ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered to all customers who interact with the Customer Service Department, helping to meet the Department targets in all areas including season and match ticket sales, memberships and any new initiatives as well as making certain all enquiries, complaints or grievances are answered and addressed.

Aberdeen Football Club is a Scottish professional football club based in Aberdeen, Scotland. They compete in the Scottish Premiership and have never been relegated from the top division of the Scottish football league system since they were promoted in 1905, despite twice finishing within the relegation zone. Their home arena is the 22,199-capacity Pittodrie Stadium.

The ‘Aberdeen Football Club’ further stated that interviews for this role are expected to start week commencing April 12th, 2021.
