The Dallas Metropolitan Area in the US has been picked to host a decisive week of Concacaf Nations League football matches in March 2024, starring the best teams in North America, Central America and the Caribbean.

World-renowned AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX, home to the NFL’s Dallas Cowboys and host stadium for the FIFA World Cup 2026, has been awarded the tournament’s Finals (inclusive of Semifinals, Third Place Match, and Final).

Designed by HKS Architects, AT&T Stadium was completed on May 27, 2009 at a cost of $1.15 billion.

The Play-In matches will take place at Toyota Stadium, home to FC Dallas, in Frisco, TX.

Concacaf President and FIFA Vice President Victor Montagliani said, “The Concacaf Nations League is an integral part of the Concacaf men’s national team calendar and continues to have a hugely positive impact on the development of the game in our region.

“The competition provides a consistent set of matches across the FIFA windows and, as we head towards the latter stages of the third edition, I must praise our 41 federations and their teams for their hard work and commitment to this competition.”

The third edition of Concacaf Nations League Finals presented by Qatar Airways (CNLF) will be played at AT&T Stadium between the tournament’s four Quarterfinal winners.

The CNLF consists of Semifinals on Thursday, March 21, and a Third-Place match and Final on Sunday, March 24.

The Final will crown the tournament’s third champion after the United States won the first two editions (2021 in Denver, CO, and 2023 in Las Vegas, NV).

The CNL Play-in matches will take place on Saturday, March 23, at Toyota Stadium. The two single-match direct elimination pairings, to be played amongst the tournament’s Quarterfinal losers, will determine the last two Concacaf guest national teams qualifying for the CONMEBOL Copa America 2024.

Montagliani added, “AT&T Stadium and Toyota Stadium will be great hosts for what promises to be a tremendous week of Concacaf Nations League football in the Dallas Metropolitan Area. I want to thank the cities of Arlington and Frisco, their stadiums, and the Dallas Sports Commission for working with Concacaf to ensure these matches are a celebration of the best men’s national team football in the region.”

“We are honored to host decisive matches at AT&T Stadium for the Concacaf Nations League, including the Final,” said Dallas Cowboys Owner, President and General Manager Jerry Jones. “North Texas has proven to be an incredible region for international soccer, and we look forward to providing another world class experience for each one of the matches played at AT&T Stadium.”

FC Dallas President Dan Hunt added, “As a proud member of Concacaf, we are pleased to host the Play-In matches next March,” said. “We’ve had success with Gold Cup and other Concacaf properties over the years and this will be another great addition to our event lineup at Toyota Stadium as we all prepare for FIFA World Cup matches in North Texas in 2026.”

“The opportunity to host these premier Concacaf Nations League matches elevates Dallas and the entire North Texas region as the ultimate destination for international soccer competition,” said Monica Paul, Executive Director of the Dallas Sports Commission. “Welcoming top teams in Concacaf for a week’s worth of thrilling and pivotal play at AT&T Stadium and Toyota Stadium allows DFW to shine as the epicenter of soccer in North America.”
