More integrations into PMY Group Image: Coliseum GSVA

The information technology (IT) service management company Etherlive Limited and the digital solutions company Spindlewood Limited, two companies which deliver technology solutions to the event operators including the International Management Group (IMG), the Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG), the DP Tour (the leading men’s professional golf tour in Europe), the Royal Horticultural Society, and the Glastonbury Festival, have rebranded to the PMY Group from July 1st.

‘Access All Areas’ stated that the rebranding reflects the ongoing integration of the two businesses into PMY, a company known for its technology expertise in event and venue infrastructure, experience and intelligence.

Wiltshire (UK)-based the Etherlive Limited is a leading technology services company for the events industry. Be it a product launch, conference, Press room, exhibition, show or festival they deliver the right solutions to take the technology worries away.

Tamworth (UK)-based the Spindlewood Limited provides digital surveillance solutions for the retail, industrial, corporate, and event industries.

The IMG, originally known as the International Management Group, is a global sport, fashion, events, and media company headquartered in New York City (US).

Los Angeles (US)-based the Anschutz Entertainment Group, also known as the AEG Worldwide, is an American global sporting and music entertainment presenter and a subsidiary of The Anschutz Corporation. It is the world’s largest owner of sports teams and sports events.

London (UK)-based the Royal Horticultural Society, founded in 1804 as the Horticultural Society of London, is the United Kingdom’s leading gardening charity.

The Glastonbury Festival is a five-day festival of contemporary performing arts held near Pilton, Somerset, England (UK) mostly during the Summers. In addition to contemporary music, the festival hosts dance, comedy, theater, circus, cabaret, and other arts.

Melbourne (Australia)-based the PMY Group is a full-service technology solutions company that supports the venues and major events of all types to enhance their infrastructure, experience and intelligence. Founded with a focus on stadiums, the company has diversified to service more than 1,000 clients across 10 sectors in 12 countries.

‘Access All Areas’ further stated that since the acquisitions of Etherlive in March 2021 and Spindlewood in June 2022, both the companies have aligned operations and delivery to support growth. It has seen an expansion in scale into Europe, upgraded warehousing and operations teams based out of Birmingham (UK) and delivery of innovations such as people counting.
