Job Description

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will assist with strategy, execution and content creation for all internally-controlled websites, mobile offerings and other digital marketing collateral. This position is required to work nights and weekends.
 
Hours & Location:

  • Wednesday – 8:30am to 5:30pm (in office)
  • Thursday – 4pm to 12am (remote)
  • Friday – 4pm to 12am (remote)
  • Saturday – 4pm to 12am (remote)
  • Sunday – 4pm to 12am (remote)

 
Essential Job Functions

  • Serve as primary point of contact for digital marketing sites/social/email/analytics) on nights and weekends.
  • Maintain feldentertainment.com and Feld-branded social channels.
  • Compile and distribute digital/social/email analytics on a brand-specific and multi-brand basis.
  • Monitor, analyze and moderate social channels natively and via enterprise social tools.
  • Review, edit and post motor sports event results on sites/socials.
  • Assist in company’s anti-piracy efforts.
  • Craft and post news/announcements, photos/videos, promotions and other timely information to internally-controlled web properties.
  • Ensure quality of all posted information and troubleshoot issues with all digital properties (websites, landing pages, analytics, etc.)
  • Assist in company’s digital advertising efforts.
  • Research trends and technologies and disseminate findings to Digital team.
  • Submit/track tickets with online creative services, IT and outside agencies.
  • Assist Digital team in developing new revenue streams.
  • Complete special projects as assigned by VP of Digital.

 
Job Requirements

  • BS/BA in marketing or related field.
  • 2+ years of consumer marketing experience (1+ years with online focus).
  • Experience managing and editing Web sites using a CMS system.
  • Working knowledge of Google Adwords and Analytics.
  • Fluency in Google Analytics, SEM, PPC, SEO and all other aspects of online marketing.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Top-notch communication and project management skills.
  • Must be able to accept changes readily, both in job responsibilities, as well as in the work environment, and have the ability to be flexible in adapting to re-prioritized tasks.
  • A team player that is not afraid to roll up his/her sleeves to help out entire team.
  • Proficient with social media including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube.
