tappit – a provider of unique cashless services at festivals, music and sports events – is looking for a Marketing Manager for its office in either Leeds or London, UK.

The ideal candidate would be an individual who has a particular passion for sports to focus on UK & Europe – but also to work with the rest of the team to make the most of the great work tappit is doing. This is a hands-on role – so ideally the candidate should have had experience of working across every aspect of the marketing mix.

London/ Leeds

  • Raise the profile of tappit, the great work we do and the amazing clients we have
  • Work with sales to grow our business
  • Work with account management to support our clients and their customers

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver marketing campaigns to grow the profile of the organisation
  • Work with the team and clients to create great content for our target audience and ensure our social media channels are vibrant and engaging
  • Deliver great materials online and offline to support the organisational needs and marketing campaigns

Key Performance Indicators

  • Growth in profile of the organisation
  • Increase in social media engagement with the organisation
  • Increase in sales leads and sales
  • Growth in the key metrics we track – social, digital, engagement, profile, activity, sales leads

Skills & Experience

  • Experience of working in live events/ticketing and B2B is preferred.
  • Experience across the marketing mix.
  • Experience of creating and delivering social media strategies.
  • Experience of PR and managing agencies.
  • Digital marketing experience.
  • Experience with Adobe, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, Google Analytics, Trello, MailChimp, Copper and G Suite tools etc preferred.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Team player.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced organisation
  • A passion for sport is preferred but not required.
