Levy UK partners with Burnley FC Image: Levy UK + Ireland and Burnley FC

The Levy UK + Ireland recently announced their newest partnership with the Premier League team Burnley Football Club (UK).

A ‘Linked Post by Levy UK + Ireland’ stated that as part of the deal the Levy UK + Ireland will deliver matchday concourse catering, hospitality plus conferencing and events for the 2023-2024 seasons.

The Burnley Football Club is an English association football club based in Burnley, Lancashire (UK), which competes in the Premier League, the first tier of English football, following promotion from the 2022-2023 English Football League (EFL) Championship.

The 21,944-capacity Turf Moor is an association football stadium in Burnley, Lancashire, England (UK), which has been the home of Burnley F.C. since 1883. This unbroken service makes Turf Moor the second-longest continuously used ground in English professional football.

Preston (UK)-based the English Football League (EFL) is a league of professional football clubs from England and Wales. Founded in 1888 as the Football League, the league is the oldest such competition in the world.

The English Football League Championship, known simply as the Championship in England and for sponsorship purposes as the Sky Bet Championship, is the highest division of the English Football League (EFL) and second-highest overall in the English Football League system after the Premier League, and is currently contested by 24 clubs.

Chertsey (UK)-based Levy UK + Ireland is the catering and hospitality partner to many of United Kingdom’s iconic sport, leisure, heritage, performing venues, conference, and exhibition centers. Its recipe for success is to create celebrated food and drink experiences and putting its partners and guests first.

The ‘Linked Post by Levy UK + Ireland’ further stated that this new partnership will see the redevelopment of Turf Moor’s Jimmy McIlroy Stand into a revolutionary new matchday experience. Boasting a ‘Super Box’, which includes an open-plan premium dining space, pitch facing sports bar with street food stations, complete with table football and a state-of-the art Gaming Lounge.

Additionally, technology will be introduced throughout the concourses to improve the customer experience through self-order units replacing the traditional bar service. Supporters will be able to order from the terminals and collect from a dedicated collection point, allowing fans to order and pay for their halftime refreshments upon entry, resulting in a quicker service.

People development is a shared vision between both Levy and Burnley F.C., so creating clear career pathways for the existing employees is planned, alongside reviewing apprenticeship opportunities and working with the local colleges and schools.

With both redevelopment and improved technology supporters will be offered an exceptional premium football experience, and the Levy UK + Ireland are looking forward to seeing how its partnership unfolds with the Burnley Football Club!
