OVG venues’ business under Latimer purview

Amy Latimer new Chief Business Officer at Oak View Group Image: OVG

The Oak View Group (OVG), the prominent venue development and management company (US), has brought on Amy Latimer as the Chief Business Officer (CBO). She will oversee “management, hospitality, security, parking, sustainability consulting, and premium experiences” at the OVG venues around the world.

‘NEW INDUSTRY FOCUS’ stated that Latimer will begin her new position at the OVG on October 24th.

The Oak View Group, LLC is an American professional sports and commercial real estate company based in Denver (US). It manages several sports venues including the 18,300-capacity Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle which was constructed under the company’s supervision.
 

Latimer Experience:

  • As the Executive Vice-President (EVP) and the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Delaware North (a global leader in the hospitality and entertainment industry based in Buffalo, US) Latimer oversaw over 200 venues including the sports and entertainment spaces, the national parks and the vacation resorts; and
  • She also served as the President at the 19,580-capacity TD Garden in Boston, the arena where the National Basketball Association (NBA) team Boston Celtics and the National Hockey League (NHL) team Boston Bruins play home games and artistes such as Tate McRae (Canadian singer-songwriter-dancer) and Kali Uchis (American singer-songwriter) perform.
