SportLifeCity report on AC Milan home cost

SportLifeCity, the company that owns the land for the Serie A club AC Milan’s new stadium to be built in the suburb of San Donato in Milan, Italy, submitted a 300-page report to the Council recently.

‘la Repubblica’ stated that the report estimates the cost of the stadium at €451 million, but the overall project would be more than double that at €949 million. The entire development price tag would be worth more than double: 948 million and 857 thousand euros.

SportLifeCity is the company that owns the land for AC Milan’s new stadium. The company has development rights for the land in San Donato Milanese. The company is also involved in a project to transform the San Francesco area in San Donato Milanese. The project is designed to accommodate various architectural, urban, landscape, and infrastructural components.

AC Milan is an Italian professional football club based in Milan, Lombardy, Italy. Founded in 1899, the club competes in Serie A, the top tier of Italian football, and has spent its entire history there with the exception of the 1980-1981 and 1982-1983 seasons.

Stadio Giuseppe Meazza, commonly known as San Siro, is a football stadium in the San Siro district of Milan, Italy, which is the home of the Serie A clubs AC Milan and Inter Milan. It has a seating capacity of 80,018, making it one of the largest stadiums in Europe, and the largest in Italy.

‘la Repubblica’ further stated that SportLifeCity bought the land for €7.2 million. The local authority has approved the site for a development in sport and entertainment. The estimated cost of the 70,000-seat stadium is around €451 million.

The stadium will have a gross surface area of 108,000 m2 and will include multifunctional facilities and services. It will be dedicated to sporting activities and will include a variety of multifunctional facilities and services. The club’s long-term goal is to develop the City’s infrastructure hub by promoting sustainable mobility and public transport.

The new home of the top-flight will feature a park, pedestrian and cycle paths, new squares, and a 160,000 square meter podium, eight meters high, on which AC Milan’s home ground in San Donato will be built.
