Israel Ayala who works for the Mexican baseball team Diablos Rojos del México states with a sense of pride that it is one of the most successful franchise in the Mexican League with several feathers to their hat – 17 championships.

As he puts in, “The Diablos Rojos del México is a baseball team with 85 years of history and is located in Mexico City. Numerous Diablos Rojos del México players have joined or previously played in Major League Baseball (MLB). The Diablos Rojos have a history of attracting MLB talent, both current and former.”

Israel Ayala is presently the Marketing and Commercialization Manager of Diablos Rojos del México. He is in this role since the year 2019. In his present role, Ayala has crafted strategies for attracting the sponsors, strengthening the brand and giving a push to merchandising as an expansion strategy.

Estadio Alfredo Harp Helú

The Estadio Alfredo Harp Helú is a baseball stadium in Mexico City, Mexico. It is the ballpark of the Mexican League’s Diablos Rojos del México. Inaugurated on March 23rd, 2019 the stadium has a capacity to hold 20,062 spectators.

Israel Ayala states that the Diablos Rojos believes in engaging the young fans and bringing them closer to the stadium and the game of baseball – “We designed a strategy – the Diablos Rojos went out on the streets to attract more fans and interact with them. It is also important to identify with the City where a team plays and the Diablos Rojos did just that. They also believe in developing the narrative around the fans.”
