F3 at Watford FC needs an Events Sales Coordinator

Fabulous Fan Fayre (also known as F3) has announced a vacancy for Events Sales Coordinator to be based at their Vicarage Road Stadium and working in their conference and events department.

The Events Sales Co-ordinator’s role will be to drive, generate and develop new and existing business through a proactive sales approach. To co-ordinate & manage the logistics of non-match day events and ensure an accurate function sheet is produced on time and communicated to all the relevant departments, to support the team and achieve the departmental revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and have the drive to reach targets. Ability to manage and communicate clearly and effectively within a team; create and maintain effective working relationships; maintaining high standards of work performance and deliver quality consistently an efficiently; and the ability to work in a fast moving environment are some of the addition skills needed for the job.

Requirements for the position include experience of at least a year in a similar working position within an events team; degree-level qualification in a relevant field; understanding of conference and events business; pro-active and engaging style; a good communicator; commitment to providing outstanding customer care; excellent attention to detail; highly self-motivated; and high work commitment.
