A quartet of official suppliers has been signed for the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics Organising Committee.

Beijing Kingsoft Office Software and Beijing 1rock Technology were announced as the Official Office Collaboration Software Suppliers and will be in charge of providing software and supporting services for Beijing 2022.

Beijing Gehua CATV Network and Hebei Broadcasting and TV Information Network Group will be the Official CATV Services Suppliers and will provide cable television services.

Beijing 2022 boasts two tiers of supplier – Official Exclusive Supplier and Official Supplier. These are the third and fourth rungs, respectively, in a four-tier sponsorship program topped by Official Partners and with Official Sponsors on the second level.

In April this year, the Organising Committee invited companies to bid for official supplier contracts in several categories and all four of the recent appointments are for fourth-tier Official Supplier deals.

Thirty sponsors have been signed as of June 30, 2020, for Beijing 2020. Bank of China, Air China, Yili Group, Anta, China Unicom, Shougang Group, CNPC, Sinopec Group, State Grid and PICC Group are the 10 Official Partners who have signed on the dotted line.

In an online meeting held last month, the International Olympic Committee’s (IOC’s) Coordination Commission for Beijing 2022 lauded China’s preparation efforts. Beijing Vice-Mayor and Executive Vice-President of the Organising Committee Zhang Jiandong put in, “Despite the COVID-19 outbreak, we have been delivering a continuous effort without lowering standards.”

The 2022 Winter Olympics, officially known as the XXIV Olympic and commonly known as Beijing 2022, is a multi-sport event that will take place in Beijing and towns in the neighboring Hebei province from February 4 to 20, 2022. It will be the third consecutive Olympic Games held in East Asia, after Pyeongchang 2018 and Tokyo 2020.

Having previously hosted the 2008 Summer Olympics, Beijing will become the first city to host both the Summer and Winter Olympics. It will also become the largest city ever to host the Winter Olympics, a distinction currently held by Vancouver (Canada), which hosted the 2010 Winter Olympics.

Hongyuan Group is the Official Warehousing Storage Services Exclusive Supplier of Beijing 2022 Games.

Establishing a sound warehousing storage management system will play a key role in preparatory work for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games Beijing 2022. An enterprise proficient in international cargo distributions, warehousing logistics, and related services is indispensable to the successful delivery of the Games. Deeply involved in cross-border trade, Hongyuan Group Holdings Co., Ltd., known as Hongyuan Group, has expanded its business footprints globally, improved its service capabilities, and accumulated rich management experiences.

As Official Warehousing Storage Services Exclusive Supplier of Beijing 2022 Games, Hongyuan Group will give full play to its new International Cargo Distribution Center (to be completed by the end of 2020), provide warehousing storage and other supporting services for the Games. Meanwhile, Beijing 2022 will provide high-quality services for Hongyuan Group, and create a broad marketing platform to help the Group build its brand.
