Los Angeles (US)-headquartered ASM Global is a venue and event management company specializing in managing stadiums, convention centers, theaters, and unique venues.

The Coca-Cola Arena is a multipurpose arena located in the City Walk in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The venue was opened on June 6^th, 2019. It has a capacity of 17,000.

Quality Coordinator, Coca-Cola Arena, Dubai

ASM Global is looking for a Quality Coordinator for Coca-Cola Arena, Dubai. He or she will have to report directly to the Quality Systems Manager. This role will involve managing the administration of the arena’s Integrated Management System (IMS), including the compilation, record-keeping and analysis of IMS to drive and embed continual improvement activities.

Executive Assistant to the General Manager, Coca-Cola Arena, Dubai

ASM Global is looking for an Executive Assistant to the General Manager for Coca-Cola Arena, Dubai.

The ‘ASM Global’ further stated that the duties and responsibilities will involve preparing reports and presentations, coordinating and overseeing the General Manager’s diary and agenda planner, taking and typing minutes of meetings, booking and managing travel and accommodation requests, meeting and greeting key VIP clients, and preparing all correspondence as requested by the General Manager.
