Dazzling Desert Diamond Arena ‘Music Mecca’

The Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, Arizona (US) is undergoing $42 million worth of renovations as it transforms from a traditional sports arena into what officials call a “Music Mecca”.
 
‘ARIZONA’S FAMILY’ stated that the following upgrades are in progress at the Glendale arena:

• Floor Bar – a street-inspired bar atmosphere;
• Marketplace – a culinary hub;
• Studio 623 – music-themed private booths for exclusive fan experiences;
• Bassline Bar – a space for pre- and post-show events;
• The View – a VIP club on the third floor that overlooks the stage; and
• Encore Loges – exclusive private suites.

 
The 19,000-capacity Desert Diamond Arena (originally the Glendale Arena and formerly the Jobing.com Arena and the Gila River Arena) is an indoor entertainment arena located in Glendale, Arizona (US) which anchors the 223-acre, $1 billion Westgate Entertainment District.

The Westgate Entertainment District, formerly known as the ‘Westgate City Center’, is a mixed-use development in Glendale, Arizona (US). The Westgate is described as a super-regional destination for shopping, dining, entertainment, and commercial offices.

Commented Dale Adams, Desert Diamond Arena General Manager (GM), “It’s time we make this a music-centric venue. It was time for us to create this immersive experience that really gets us into the music side of the business.”

‘ARIZONA’S FAMILY’ further stated that the Desert Diamond Arena will also see a new paint job inside and outside of the building. The upgrades are set to be fully completed in Spring 2025.
