The Premier League club Everton F.C. has stated that it is introducing the next phase of ‘ALL’ matchday experiences at the club’s iconic new waterfront stadium – the under-construction Everton Stadium at Bramley-Moore-Dock in England (UK).

‘Everton FC’ stated that launched last Summer, ‘ALL’ delivers a revolutionary reset of traditional football hospitality through the incorporation of a multitude of bars, restaurants and experiences at the Everton Stadium. Ranging from fine dining and casual restaurants to sports bars, traditional pubs and tapas-style social spaces, the breadth of experiences on offer at the Everton Stadium will be unprecedented.

The Everton Football Club is an English professional association football club based in Liverpool (UK) that competes in the Premier League, the top tier of English football.

One of the 12 Founder Members of the Football League, Everton has spent more seasons in England’s top division than any other club (120) and been crowned league champions on nine occasions. Founded in 1878 as St Domingo, the club has also lifted the FA Cup five times and, in 1985, added the European Cup Winners’ Cup to its prestigious haul.

Throughout its 144-year history Everton has been known as a family-oriented club based on proud traditions, affectionately referred to as ‘The People’s Club’. Those traditions have also encouraged innovation, ensuring Everton has remained one of the great pioneering clubs in the history of the game. The first club to construct a purpose-built football stadium, the Goodison Park is one of the most revered stadiums in England. The club will be looking to maintain those traditions at the 52,888 capacity Everton Stadium – currently in construction at Bramley-Moore Dock – ensuring the club’s roots remain in North Liverpool for generations to come.

The Goodison Park is a football stadium in the Walton area of Liverpool, England (UK), 2 miles North of the City Centre. It has been the home of the Premier League club Everton since 1892 and has an all-seated capacity of 39,414. The Goodison Park has hosted more top-flight games than any other stadium in England.

The 52,888-capacity Everton Stadium at the Bramley-Moore Dock is an under-construction football stadium that will become the home ground for Everton F.C. Located on Bramley-Moore Dock in Vauxhall, Liverpool, England (UK), it is set to open in the 2024-2025 seasons, replacing Goodison Park.

The Everton Stadium, due for completion during the 2024-2025 seasons, is recognized as the largest single-site private sector development in the United Kingdom, contributing an estimated £1.3bn to the UK economy, creating tens of thousands of jobs and attracting 1.4m visitors to the City of Liverpool, annually.

The 52,888-capacity stadium, located on the banks of the River Mersey in North Liverpool, sets a new, exciting benchmark for stadium architecture through an innovative combination of brick, glass and steel that complements the architecture of the dock buildings which surround the historic site.

The result is an ambitious sporting arena that aims to reflect the club’s passionate fan base in an atmospheric, inspirational new home, built on the traditions of Goodison Park.

Once complete, it will act as a catalyst for more than £650m worth of accelerated regeneration directly benefiting the nearby Ten Streets development.

The club took possession of the site, which forms part of Peel L&P’s £5bn Liverpool Waters scheme in the City’s Northern Docks, on July 26th, 2021 with construction partners Laing O’Rourke immediately working on putting in place welfare facilities for the near 12,000 construction staff that will be required during the build.

The Everton Stadium will be built at a cost of approximately £500m. This overall project figure could be as high as £750m when all the ancillary work and potential developments in the local area are completed.

Once the Goodison Park is vacated a legacy project will be initiated, which allows the club to build on the life-changing and life-saving work of its official charity, Everton in the Community. The scheme is set to include high quality and affordable housing, a multipurpose health center, community-led retail spaces, a youth enterprise zone, office and business facilities, and Green space, which could include a lasting tribute to the club’s achievements at Goodison Park.

Laing O’Rourke is a multinational construction company headquartered in Dartford, England (UK). It was founded in 1978 by Ray O’Rourke. It is the largest privately-owned construction company in the United Kingdom.

‘ALL’ is the concept that brings together the bars, restaurants and experiences that will be available at the Everton Stadium – presenting a revolutionary reset of traditional football hospitality with a focus on what will make Everton Stadium so special – people and connection.

‘Everton FC’ further stated that the seasonal and occasional experiences will include a wide choice of social spaces, from pubs, bars and high-street style restaurants, through to personal and fine-dining experiences.

Located on Liverpool’s historic waterfront, ‘ALL’ is designed to offer something for everyone. Dine in a restaurant or enjoy the more informal bar experience in a pub.

Choice and flexibility are at the heart of ‘ALL’, allowing all supporters to create tailored matchday rituals in a spectacular dockside setting.

Since September 2022, ‘ALL’ Bars, Restaurants and Experience options have been released in phases. The first phase included fine dining restaurants and private spaces, while the second phase presented ‘Domingo’s Bar & Grill’ and the tunnel experience, known as ‘Beyond’.

Phases one and two have sold out of seasonal memberships, but fans can register their interest to enjoy these spaces on an occasional basis, subject to availability.

The third phase, Dock on 1, is already 70 percent sold out and a fourth phase of lively bars and pubs will follow later this year.

‘Dock on 1’ is the latest innovative seasonal membership option for supporters or businesses, empowering them to tailor perfect matchday packages to treat family and friends, or the clients and staff.

By offering unparalleled flexibility, ‘Dock on 1’ is an exciting new concept that has been designed based on the preferences and insight of modern football fans.

Dynamic membership allows seasonal members to personalize their experience, whether that’s pre-match drinks and bar snacks with friends, or an extraordinary dining experience overlooking the Everton Stadium pitch.

Members can take advantage of a tailored seasonal dining plan for some or all of the vibrant restaurants, before watching the match from seats on the halfway line in the West stand.

There are four innovative and compelling socializing and dining experiences available at ‘Dock on 1’:

  • The Yard – Inspired by the dockyard heritage of the site, is the entry point to ‘Dock on 1’ and the focal point for seasonal members on a matchday, both as a meeting place and an option for those who prefer the convenience of a premium bar.
  • Boa Vista – A restaurant inspired by Spanish, Basque, Galician, Filipino, and Latin-American communities who lived and worked in the maritime and trade networks connecting the City with its sister ports. The Boa Vista also represents a Portuguese phrase that translates as ‘fine view,’ perfectly representing the panoramic vistas the stadium offers over the River Mersey and the hallowed turf – as the restaurant overlooks the halfway line. Guests dining at Boa Vista will enjoy an à la carte formal dining experience with a mix of eclectic flavors.
  • The Blue Line – An informal restaurant with pitchside views, The Blue Line takes its inspiration from the Blue Funnel Line – a famous shipping company that connected Liverpool to the Far East. Guests at The Blue Line can enjoy a more casual pre-match dining experience with a clear Asian-Pacific taste.
  • Merchants – This restaurant celebrates Liverpool’s heritage as one of the world’s greatest maritime Cities. With 40 percent of all global trade, from cotton to coal, tobacco to tea and silk to spices all passing through the City’s docks – Merchants, with its pitchside views, recreates the vibrancy of the spice trade through small plate menus inspired by North Africa and the Mediterranean.

Combined, ‘Dock on 1’ represents something truly unique in football – a concept that allows individuals and groups to experience flexibility through dynamic membership and dining packages, catering to fans and businesses and working to any entertainment budget.

The final phase of the ‘ALL’ membership packages, focusing on traditional pubs, social spaces and sports bars, will be made available in the coming months.
