Katie Harel in commandership of OVG Hospitality UK

The American global advisory, development and investment company Oak View Group (OVG) has appointed Katie Harel Managing Director (MD) of OVG Hospitality in the United Kingdom.

‘Access All Areas’ stated that OVG said Katie Harel will lead the company’s strategic and creative functions in the United Kingdom including marketing, commercial development, partnerships, and brand positioning.

The Oak View Group, LLC (OVG) is an American professional sport, venue management, hospitality, sponsorships, booking, and commercial real estate company based in Denver.
 

Harel Background

‘Access All Areas’ further stated that Katie Harel was appointed the Vice-President (VP) of Marketing at OVG International in 2024. She has more than 20 years of experience in hospitality including over a decade at Rhubarb Hospitality Collection. Following Rhubarb’s acquisition by OVG in 2023 she has worked on the company’s hospitality strategy across live entertainment, sport and cultural venues.

OVG Hospitality operates food and beverage (F&B) services at the 23,500-seat Co-op Live Arena in Manchester (UK) and works with the City Football Group at the 60,000-capacity Etihad Stadium in Manchester.
 

OVG Operations

The company is expanding its operations in the United Kingdom and Europe following activity in the United States at venues including the 17,071-capacity Mortgage Matchup Center in Phoenix, Arizona, the 21,500-capacity Benchmark International Arena in Tampa, Florida, and Penn State’s 106,304-capacity Beaver Stadium.
