‘MANCHESTER CITY’ stated that the training facility is a new £10 million state-of-the-art facility at the City Football Academy (an elite training center home to City Men’s and Women’s teams of all age groups).

It’s one of the largest-ever investments in a dedicated, purpose-built first team environment for an elite women’s football team.

The Manchester City W.F.C. (formerly the Manchester City Ladies F.C.) is an English women’s football club based in Manchester (UK) who plays in the Women’s Super League, the highest level of women’s football in England. It is affiliated with the Manchester City F.C. which plays in the Premier League, the highest division of the English football league system for men.

The 7,000-seat Academy Stadium is a football stadium in Manchester, England (UK) forming part of the Etihad Campus. In September 2023, the ground was renamed the Joie Stadium for sponsorship reasons. It serves as the home of the Manchester City Women’s Football Club.
