The 55,000-60,000-capacity New Nissan Stadium is a domed American football stadium under construction in Nashville, Tennessee (US) for use by the Tennessee Titans succeeding the current Nissan Stadium beginning in 2027.

‘TENNESSEE TITANS’ stated that during and after the tour the Titans Project Executive Kellen DeCoursey provided some updates:

  • The three-year project is now roughly one-third of the way completed;
  • The project remains on schedule and the stadium’s completion date is set for February 2027;
  • DeCoursey said 850 workers are currently on site on a weekly basis and the peak number of workers will climb to 1,700;
  • ‘TENNESSEE TITANS’ further stated that the current Nissan Stadium tops out at 150 feet with the light fixtures at the top. The New Nissan Stadium will rise to 235 feet;
  • The new stadium is located roughly 100 feet from the current stadium and there will be a pedestrian parkway just to the West of the new stadium;
  • By the end of 2025, DeCoursey said, “You should see a building that is basically to the roof level. The totality of the building and the structure will be at its final state at the end of 2025 but work on the exterior elements like the windows and the metal panels and more will then take place.”;
  • Reggie Polk, one of the Project Executives with the Tennessee Builders Alliance and the Owner of the Polk and Associates Construction, said the workers are on site at all times of the day. On an average, Polk said, the crews are arriving at 5 am and he said there’s regularly night work being performed at the stadium; and
  • In 2026 they will begin work on finishing the inside of the building, DeCoursey said.
