Paris FC has unveiled an ambitious project to expand and modernize its training center in the town of Orly.

Paris FC said that in addition to the existing eight hectares, the site will benefit from an eight-hectare extension, allowing for the creation of five new training pitches.

Upon completion, this center will bring together the men’s and women’s professional teams, as well as the youth academies, in a single location.

Paris Football Club, commonly referred to as Paris FC or simply PFC, is a French professional football club based in Paris, France, which competes in Ligue 1, the top division of French football.

Since 2025, Paris FC has been playing at the Stade Jean-Bouin, located in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, across the street from Paris Saint-Germain’s Parc des Princes.

The project is being carried out in partnership with the Île-de-France Region, the Val-de-Marne Department, the Grand Godet Park Joint Authority, and the towns of Orly, Choisy-le-Roi, and Villeneuve-le-Roi.

The project, conceived and led by the club with the support of its new shareholders Agache Sport, owned by the Arnault family, and Red Bull, is a continuation of the sporting and economic development of Paris FC, now a member of Ligue 1 and the Women’s First League.

The project aims to provide the club with a state-of-the-art facility that meets the demands of the highest level of competition. It also serves as a concrete illustration of the club’s deep commitment to its region and its values: dedication, diversity, and local roots.

Beyond sports, significant improvements are planned for the Grand Godet park, with the aim of providing a more suitable space and modernized infrastructure for the residents of Val-de-Marne.

Following this same approach, the club has worked with local municipalities to create two new urban parks, closer to residential areas, which will offer more public spaces accessible to all: Parc du Bouvray (4 ha, Orly); Parc Nungesser (9 ha, Villeneuve-le-Roi).

Sustainable and Inclusive Project

Paris FC said that for the design of its future training center, particular attention has been paid to environmental considerations.

From the choice of materials to energy performance (building compliant with RE2020 regulations, bio-based materials, low-energy LED lighting, and computerized energy optimization), everything has been taken into account to ensure the center integrates as naturally as possible into these new spaces.

The site will prioritize resource efficiency and self-sufficiency through rainwater harvesting, green roofs, and the installation of photovoltaic panels. The construction site will also be carefully managed to limit disruption and promote local integration.

Fully committed to social, educational, and sporting objectives, Paris FC also aims, within this framework of inter-municipal partnership, to strengthen existing ties with schools, sports associations, and local integration programs.

The center will become even more accessible to young people from Val-de-Marne, serving as a place for training, inspiration, and concrete opportunities.

The expansion of the training center will also have a positive impact on activity and employment, creating direct and indirect jobs (sports coaching, maintenance, logistics, security, catering, and educational support).

The club is also committed to implementing recruitment policies that will benefit the local job market, in conjunction with municipalities and employment integration organizations.

Pierre Ferracci, President of Paris FC, said, “Bringing together our men’s and women’s professional teams, as well as our training centers, on a single site is a powerful symbol: that of a club that is growing, structuring itself, and deeply believes in diversity and the potential of its youth. This project is also the result of collective work and a strong commitment from our institutional partners.

“Together, we are building a training center of excellence that will benefit the club, its region, and all the young people who will keep football alive in the Île-de-France region.”

Antoine Arnault, representing the Arnault family, owners of Paris FC, said, “This training center expansion project was a clear priority for all of us.

“Beyond providing the players with infrastructure and facilities that match our ambitions, I am proud of the work accomplished with the region, the department, and neighboring municipalities, which will very soon allow us to have new spaces and parks for all residents.

“In keeping with this same spirit of strong local roots and partnership with public stakeholders, I want and will ensure that this training center remains both a hub for top-level sport and a place of openness for everyone in the community.”
