The Premier League team Newcastle United F.C. have appointed the strategic management consulting firm CAA ICON to administer and run the fan survey as part of a broader feasibility study at their home facility – the St. James’ Park in Newcastle upon Tyne, England (UK) – before making recommendations for the future.

‘Newcastle United’ stated that the survey will ask a number of hypothetical questions which are not indicative of any specific development aims at this stage, but are designed to ensure comprehensive feedback is captured from a range of supporters.

The Newcastle United Football Club is a professional association football club based in Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear, England (UK). The team competes in the Premier League, the first level of the English football league system, as of the 2023-2024 seasons.

The St James Park is a football stadium in Newcastle upon Tyne, England (UK). It is the home of Newcastle United. With a seating capacity of 52,305 seats, it is the eighth largest football stadium in England. The St James’ Park has been the home ground of the Newcastle United F.C. since 1892 and has been used for football since 1880.
